We just got word late tonight.. that Julie Ebersole.. our star guest instructor will not be able to join us in Sacramento for classes!!! Julie has been stuck at SEATAC airport since 7:30am! She tried and tried and tried her little heart out to get to sacramento, in fact.. she was booked on several different flights.. but as soon as she was about board the plane.. they would cancel her flight! The horrible weather in seattle has backed up all flights and rebooking them for Saturday was not a guarantee.. so after some thought.. we agreed rebooking her classes will be the best option. So if you booked a class with julie.. we can do a few things:
1. come by the store on the day of your class--either this friday or saturday, so we can get your info to set you up with her next visit tba.
2. shop in the store and receive 25% off your entire purchase.. yes.. 25%.. plus, the paper garden will give you a free voucher for a free class.
3. please make sure you arrive on the date of your class so we can give you your discount and free class...or you can call us to reschedule julie's class or give you a refund... however the discount and free class is only good if you come in on the date that your class was scheduled.
we're so sorry for the inconvenience and julie feels horrible about this .. however.. she will make it back.. as soon as she gets some rest, we'll post her new class dates and visit to sacramento!
I was not signed up for Julie's class but I wanted to comment and say that your 25% off and the free voucher for a class is a wonderful gesture for the postponement of class. It's mother nature's doings and you've handled the situation to ease the disappointment of no class. Way to go.
