Here are a few cards that we'll be making.

 

This first card I made with a leaf set by Kodomo Inc.  I also used a dragonfly by Dave Brethauer and stamped it in Eggplant ink.  It turned out beautiful!  Sentiment is by Memory Box.

  

This nexgt card is made with a pretty romantic rose bush by Impress.  I love how it stamps-- so realistic.  Also, I stamped a tiny dragonfly randomly in dark brown ink as well.  I added just a small touch of green to give it a little more color.

  

This last card is a design layout I took from Julie Ebersole.. the lovely and talented card designer for A Muse art stamps.  www.papertrufflez.typepad.com

This first card is a fun invtitation for a pizza party!

 

When you open up the box there's a pepperoni pizza inside.  Of course, adding the red checkered ribbon and stamps at the bottom give it an italiano look!

This next card also reminds me of Italy with the martini!  I especially love the sentiment!

This martini is one of my favs because it has cupcakes on it!  Stamp by impression obsession, sentiment by rubber soul.

  

Vino is also a big part of Italian culture.  So i made this card with wine, cheese and grapes.  Stamps by A Muse and Viva las vegas.

  

And finally, one of my fav desserts!  Truffles.  I decided to make a fun chocolate truffle card...and bling up the entire card!  Ciao!

It's a ghiradelli chocolate box.  We got the idea from splitcoast stampers and Kelley put this one together. So fun!!  It's really easy to put together especially if you have a scor-pal!   

Travel Series -- part 2 -- Italy

Sometime's I wonder if I should have been born Italian.  I mean.. I could live on bread, pizza, pasta, and tomatoes and cheese!  So it's only fitting for me to have a class on the eternal city.

This first card is a fun coffee card.  Latte's are Italian, so it's only fitting to start out with a cup of joe.

It is not Valentine's Day without those conversation hearts.  So it's only fitting we make one of these for happy love's day!  I just covered a box of the necco confectionary hearts and punched out a heart so you can view the beautiful colors of the candy!   

Cupcake cards!

Here are a few more cards we'll be making for our class on Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm.  The class is full.. but if you would like to do the class on Friday, March 27th from 6pm-8pm , there are still openings!

This card is made with a petite cupcake from Just Johanna and the pastry tier is by Impress rubber stamps.  The sentiment is by Obsession Impression.

  This next card i call:  heavenly cupcake!  because they taste so delicious!  I put wings on the cupcake kind of like making it like a ed hardy tattoo dfesign!

Icing on the cupcake!

I promise a good time and cupcakes-- to eat!  Yummy!

 

This first card I used the pink cardstock and and cut it at 1" and then used my Marvy paper trimmer with the scallop edge and ran it through the top.  I then cut each piece at an angle to my the bottom cupcake.  i then used the 5/8" circle punch from EK success to make the top of the cupcake and glitered the heck out of bottom of the cups.  And of course I used my favorite white pigment ink pen by uniball.  Sentiment is by A Muse.

  

This next card is made with a stamp by American Art stamps.  The background chocolate printed cardstock is new by Memory Box and the sentiment and ribbon are by A Muse.  this girl is so fun.  She reminds me of an artist Laura Stoddart who does a lot of fun stick figure people.

  

And this last cupcake card makes me hungry!  This is a fun clear cupcake set by Impression Obsession.  I stamped the big cupcake with the stand and then used liquid pearls for the outter plate and had fun coloring the rest!

Land of the rising sun-- Class Friday!

Here are 4 of the cards we will be making.

 

This is a blossom stamp by impression obsession, i stamped it randomly and then used an asian background stamp by Judikins and embossed the side in gold.

  

This next card is one of my favorites because of all the glitter!!!  Judikins has "embossing glitter" and this one is called fuscia glitter.  When you heat set it, it's sparkly!  Doesn't it look so virbant on the black cardstock!  The blossom stamp is by Impress and the doulbe happiness is by Kodomo.  We have all of the embossing glitter colors in stock!  Try it.. it's so fun!

  

This next card reminds me of a ancient tapestry piece you would find in Japan.  I just stamped an outlined blossom branch in encore gold ink and used same blossom branch but in a bold image and stamped it in white pigment ink by staz on.  i then used candy cane glitter glue to fill in the blossoms and outlined the gold stardream paper in cinnamon glitter glue!  

 

This last card is made with a thank you stamp by hanko.  I stamped it three times and then punched it out into 3-d circles.  i then used cherry blossom stamp by Impress and randomly stamped then all over the paper.  So Spring-like!

Make and Take-- Monday MLK Day

To celebrate Martin Luther King Day and an excuse to make something fun and cool!  We're going to have a special make and take on Monday, January 19th.

Come and make this fun heart shaped lollypop.  I was at my nearby target in the dollar bin and they hard "hundreds" of these.. i mean hundreds!

I grabbed enough for the make and take.  It uses the purple, pink, blue and yellow scallop heart punches.
