This Monday marks Teacher Appreciation Week. Here are some fun things I'm going to give to Miles preschool teachers and staff.
This was a make and take last Friday that we did at the store. It's a bookmark in a plastic sleeve. They cost 10 for $2.50, I used a circular epoxy sticker by A Muse and stamped the books and coffee on top. All stamps, paper and ribbon by A Muse.
This cookies "was not" made by me. My girlfriend and customer Luann Hansen made these wonderful cookies and I packaged them in pretty ribbon and made a fun tag.
Take a look at the detail. Luann is such a great artist as well and she makes beautiful handmade books with our washi paper. So talented. I first saw her cookies when she made them with beautiful monogram for my husband's cousin's wedding. Boy was I blown away. Anyway, the teachers will be getting these delicious cookies, stationery, bookmarks, noah's bagels, coffee and a bunch of other stuff I will be making at the 11th hour. hahahaha. By the way, Luann will also be making my son Miles birthday cookies. He will turn 4 in June, but we're celebrating with a party this month and she'll be making some train cookies. I can't wait to show you. if you haven't been to our boutique, one thing you don't know about us -- is that we specialize in invitations. We have more than 100 samples of invitations in our store. I will start posting the different ones that we create. Hopefully it will inspire you to create your own as well!
