Please join us on Saturday, April 17th and Monday, April 19th for another asian card class. We'll make 6 cards. Thanks to my lovely and talented cousin Laurie.. she made the first 3 and I made the last 3 cards. I was under the gun with class schedules and thankfully she helped me out!
This first card is a bonsai card with japanese newspaper background. Laurie used warm tones for this card. Stamps by Hero arts.
This next card is made with three cans by Hanko and a background floral stap. She embossed both pieces with copper stardream in the back.
This card is my favorite. It has gingko leaves by Kodomo stamped in green and embossed in pastel embossing powder. Our favorite embossing powder in the store. We sell tons. She also embossed the dragonfly by rubbermoon. The colors are crisp and so beautiful!
With this card. i punched out a circle for the moon for the background and it makes the cranes somewhat backlit. stamp by Hanko.
These are the new kokeishi dolls by Hanko. i used a cherry blossom stamp by impress as a background and stamped out a fun cherry blossom punch. using glitter glue, i made my own stamin.
and finally.. this uses our fun decorative tape. I used two different kinds of tapes for a small background and punched out a big oval to put the plant in. the blossom stamp is by impress.
Hope you can join us!
