this special treat is "wicked!" -- the eagle actually glows in the dark... it's using martha stewart glow in the dark glitter.. and it works!!! to make the treat holder, i used the mint blue merchandise tag punch and scored it on the bottom to fold. the gate is also by martha. so fun! hope to see you!
